INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF EXTRUSION MOLDING CEMENT PLATE, AND NUT FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING CEMENT PLATE USED IN THE SAME
To provide installation structure of an extrusion molding cement plate which has high installation stability, does not increase the cost, and can improve durability of the extrusion molding cement plate, and a nut for the extrusion molding cement plate.SOLUTION: Installation structure 1 of an extrusion molding cement plate holds a rear side substrate 2b between an inside and an outside and fastens it by using fastening means 5 engaged to a substrate material 4. The fastening means 5 comprises a nut 6 for the extrusion molding cement plate, a clip 7 including a base part 10 and an engaging part 12, and a mounting bolt 8 for holding the rear side substrate 2b between the nut 6 for the extrusion molding cement plate and the clip 7 to bind them. The nut 6 for the extrusion molding cement plate has first and second contact parts 17 and 18 to be brought into contact with the rear side substrate 2b apart from the center of a bolt hole 15 with a predetermined distance, and brings the first and second contact parts 17 and 18 respectively into contact with the rear side substrate 2b at the position corresponding to outside of the base part 10 of the clip 7 in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】取り付け安定性が高く、かつコストアップを招かず、それと共に押出成形セメント板の耐久性を向上させることができる押出成形セメント板の取付構造と、押出成形セメント板用ナットを提供する。【解決手段】背面側基材2bを内外から挟み込み、下地材4に係合する留付手段5で留め付ける押出成形セメント板の取付構造1である。留付手段5は、押出成形セメント板用ナット6と、基部10及び係合部12からなるクリップ7と、背面側基材2bを押出成形セメント板用ナット6とクリップ7で挟み込んで緊結する取付ボルト8とを備える。押出成形セメント板用ナット6は、ボルト孔15の中心から所定距離をおいて背面側基材2bに当接する第1及び第2当接部17、18を有するものとし、第1及び第2当接部17、18をそれぞれクリップ7の基部10の長手方向外側に対応する位置で背面側基材2bに当接させる。【選択図】図1
