PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause no problem because not only stresses and high frequency vibrations generated are reduced when flying objects crash against a nuclear reactor building but also because of vibrations generated at the time of earthquakes and collusion of the flying objects.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above described problem, a nuclear reactor building according to the present invention stores a nuclear reactor containment in which a nuclear reactor pressure vessel is stored and made of a roof, an outer wall, an inner wall, and a floor. The nuclear reactor building includes: a protection wall independently fixed to each of the outer wall and the roof of the nuclear reactor building; a buffer member independently arranged among the protective wall, the outer wall, and the roof; respectively. The fixing device is released from the fixing to the outer wall or the roof of the protective wall when the flying object collides against the fixing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原子炉建屋に飛来物が衝突した際に発生する応力と高周波の振動を低減することは勿論、地震時及び飛来物の衝突時の振動が問題になることがないこと。【解決手段】本発明の原子炉建屋は、上記課題を解決するために、原子炉圧力容器が収納された原子炉格納容器が格納され、屋根、外壁、内壁及び床から成る原子炉建屋であって、前記原子炉建屋の外壁及び屋根のそれぞれに独立して固定された防護壁と、該防護壁と前記外壁及び屋根のそれぞれの間に独立して配置された緩衝部材と、前記防護壁と前記外壁及び屋根の間の周方向及び高さ方向に所定の間隔をもって複数個配置され、前記防護壁を前記外壁及び屋根に固定する固定装置とを備え、前記固定装置は、飛来物が衝突する際に、該飛来物が衝突する前記防護壁の前記外壁又は前記屋根に対する固定が解除されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
