MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WINDOW TRANSPARENT LAMINATE FILM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a window transparent laminate film which satisfies the transparency and the adhesiveness of a high-refractivity thin film of even in the case of high-speed film deposition.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a window transparent laminate film to be installed in a window has: a continuous coating process of continuously coating a surface of a delivered and transported long transparent polymer film 12 with a mixture liquid containing a leveling agent, consisting a fluorine compound by 0.20-20.32 mass% to a triazine ring containing polymer 100 mass%, to continuously form a liquid film of the mixture liquid over the surface of the transparent polymer film 12; and a continuous drying process of continuously drying the liquid film during the transportation of the transparent polymer film 12 where the liquid film is formed, and a high-refractivity thin film 14 containing a triazine ring containing polymer and a leveling agent is continuously deposited over the surface of the long transparent polymer film 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速成膜する場合においても高屈折率薄膜の透明性および接着性を満足する窓用透明積層フィルムの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】窓に設置する窓用透明積層フィルムの製造方法であって、トリアジン環含有重合体100質量部に対しフッ素系化合物からなるレベリング剤を0.20〜20.32質量部含む配合液を繰り出し搬送される長尺の透明高分子フィルム12の面に連続的に塗布してその透明高分子フィルム12の面に配合液の液膜を連続的に形成する連続塗布工程と、液膜が形成された透明高分子フィルム12の搬送中に液膜を連続的に乾燥する連続乾燥工程と、を有し、長尺の透明高分子フィルム12の面にトリアジン環含有重合体およびレベリング剤を含む高屈折率薄膜14を連続成膜する。【選択図】図1
