MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTI-LAYER GLASS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing multi-layer glass that does not have a protrusion from an outer surface of a glass sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of multi-layer glass in which a closable space A is formed between a pair of sheet glasses 2 and 3, which are arranged oppositely and separated by a predetermined distance, by sealing the peripheral part of the sheet glasses 2 and 3 with an adhesive material 4, followed by depressurizing the inside of the space A by evacuating from an exhaust port 7 includes a step of dividing the space A by a region formation material (barrier 5) placed in the space A into an exhaust port region B containing the exhaust port 7 and a depressurizing region C which excludes the exhaust port region B after depressurizing the inside of the space A by air-tightly connecting the sheet glasses 2 and 3 in a sealed state and a vacuum pump by using a flexible ring-like member adhering to surfaces of the sheet glasses 2 and 3 of a part in which the exhaust port 7 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】板ガラスの外面からの突出物を有さない複層ガラスを製造することができる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】所定間隔を隔てて対向配置された一対の板ガラス2,3の周辺部を封着材4で封着して板ガラス2,3の間に密閉可能な空間Aを形成し、排気口7から排気することによって空間A内を減圧状態とする複層ガラスの製造方法であって、排気口7が形成された部分の周囲の板ガラス2,3の表面に密着する柔軟性を有するリング状部材を用いて、封着された状態の板ガラス2,3と真空ポンプとを気密に接続することにより空間A内を減圧状態とした後に、空間A内に配置された領域形成材(隔壁5)によって空間Aを排気口7が含まれる排気口領域Bと排気口領域B以外の減圧領域Cとに分割する。【選択図】図1
