MULTI-LAYER GLASS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MULTI-LAYER GLASS MANUFACTURED THROUGH SAME
The present invention provides a double-glazed glass manufacturing method and a double-glazed glass manufactured thereby, wherein the double-glazed glass is disposed between a pair of glasses including a first glass and a second glass, has a laminated structure that can be expanded together with the first glass and the second glass, and is easy to insulate and block ultraviolet rays. The double-glazed glass comprises: a functional film portion which is relatively thinner than the glass and has an insulating coating layer and an ultraviolet (UV) blocking coating layer; a support frame portion disposed at the edge of the functional film portion, one side of which is in contact with the second glass, and the other side of which has a structure into which the functional film portion is folded and inserted; and a coupling frame portion having a structure capable of being fitted into the support frame portion with the functional film portion, and on one side of which the first glass is in contact. A coupled part of the support frame portion and the coupling frame portion is formed to be lockable, thereby preventing the functional film portion from being separated from the support frame portion and the coupling frame portion.
본 발명에 따른 복층 유리 제조 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 복층 유리는 제1 유리 및 제2 유리를 포함한 한 쌍의 유리 사이에서 배치되고, 상기 제1 유리와 상기 제2 유리와 함께 확장 가능한 적층 구조를 가지며 단열과 자외선 차단이 용이한 복층 유리로서, 상기 유리보다 상대적으로 두께가 얇게 형성되고 단열 코팅층 및 자외선 차단 코팅층이 형성된 기능성 필름부, 상기 기능성 필름부의 가장자리에 배치되고, 일측은 상기 제2 유리와 접촉되며 타측은 상기 기능성 필름부가 접혀지며 삽입되는 구조를 가지는 지지 프레임부 및 상기 기능성 필름부와 함께 상기 지지 프레임부에 끼움 결합이 가능한 구조를 가지며, 일측에 상기 제1 유리가 접촉되는 결합 프레임부를 포함하고, 상기 지지 프레임부 및 상기 결합 프레임부는 결합된 일부가 걸림 가능하게 형성되어 상기 기능성 프레임부가 상기 지지 프레임부 및 상기 결합 프레임부에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
