PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable type balconied building, capable of expecting large reduction in initial cost-running cost on carrying-in-and-out of a large-sized apparatus less in an execution frequency, and capable of improving a degree of freedom of building design by relieving restriction of an installation condition of a balcony.SOLUTION: A removable type balconied building comprises a plurality of sets of projection parts 2 projecting to the outside of a building and a movable floor stand 1 freely attachable-detachable to the respective sets of projection parts 2 and constituting a balcony, and the base end side of the respective sets of projection parts 2 is provided with an immovable fixed floor stand 7 for constituting the balcony.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】実施頻度が少ない大型機器等の搬出入に関するイニシャルコスト・ランニングコストの大幅な削減を期待することができると共に、バルコニーの設置条件の制約が緩和され、建物設計の自由度の向上を図ることも可能な取り外し式バルコニー付建物を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の外方に突出した複数組の突出部２と、各組の突出部２に着脱自在でありバルコニーを構成する可動床架台１とを具備し、各組の突出部２の基端側には、バルコニーを構成する移動不能な固定床架台７が設けられている。【選択図】図１
