APPARATUS FOR REMOVABLE TYPE SOIL NAILING AND CONSTRUCTING REMOVABLE METHOD
The present invention relates to a removable soil nailing apparatus and a method for construction and removal thereof. While the soil nailing apparatus comprising an anchor body and a steel strand is constructed on an excavation wall, the steel strand is separated from the anchor body to remove the steel strand from the excavation wall. The anchor body includes: a head member having an insert insertion hole and penetrated by the steel strand; an insert consisting of a plurality of cut parts arranged while coming in contact with each other along the circumference of the steel strand to be inserted into the insert insertion hole; a stretchable fixing member fixing the plurality of cut parts to maintain the state in which the plurality of cut parts come contact with each other; and an elastic member arranged between the insert and the steel strand to apply pressure to the plurality of cut parts to separate the plurality of cut parts coming in contact with each other. The elastic member is formed in a ring shape severed to have an opening part. When the insert is removed from the insert insertion hole, the elastic member applies the pressure to the inner circumference of the plurality of cut parts while the opening part spreads. The plurality of cut parts can be separated from the steel strand while spreading. Accordingly, the steel strand separated from the anchor body can be drawn and removed from a hole of the excavation wall.
본 발명은 제거식 소일네일링 장치 및 그 시공 및 제거 방법은 앵커체와 강연선을 포함하는 소일 네일링 장치가 굴착벽체에 시공된 상태에서 상기 강연선을 상기 앵커체에서 분리하여 상기 강연선을 상기 굴착벽체에서 제거하는 것이다. 상기 앵커체는, 인서트 삽입홀이 형성되어 있고 상기 강연선이 관통하는 헤드부재, 상기 강연선의 둘레를 따라 서로 접한 상태로 배열되어 있는 복수의 절개편으로 이루어져 상기 인서트 삽입홀에 삽입된 인서트, 신축될 수 있고 상기 복수의 절개편이 서로 접한 상태를 유지하도록 고정하는 고정부재 및 상기 인서트와 상기 강연선의 사이에 배치되어 서로 접한 상기 복수의 절개편이 떨어지도록 상기 복수의 절개편에 압력을 가하는 탄성부재를 포함한다. 상기 탄성부재는 끊어져 개구부를 갖는 링 형태로 형성되어 있고, 상기 인서트가 상기 인서트 삽입홀에서 빠지면 상기 탄성부재는 개구부가 벌어지면서 상기 복수의 절개편의 내부 둘레에 압력을 가하며, 상기 복수의 절개편은 벌어지면서 상기 강연선에서 떨어질 수 있다. 이에 앵커체에서 분리된 강연선을 굴착벽체의 구멍에서 뽑아 제거할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a removable soil nailing apparatus and a method for construction and removal thereof. While the soil nailing apparatus comprising an anchor body and a steel strand is constructed on an excavation wall, the steel strand is separated from the anchor body to remove the steel strand from the excavation wall. The anchor body includes: a head member having an insert insertion hole and penetrated by the steel strand; an insert consisting of a plurality of cut parts arranged while coming in contact with each other along the circumference of the steel strand to be inserted into the insert insertion hole; a stretchable fixing member fixing the plurality of cut parts to maintain the state in which the plurality of cut parts come contact with each other; and an elastic member arranged between the insert and the steel strand to apply pressure to the plurality of cut parts to separate the plurality of cut parts coming in contact with each other. The elastic member is formed in a ring shape severed to have an opening part. When the insert is removed from the insert insertion hole, the elastic member applies the pressure to the inner circumference of the plurality of cut parts while the opening part spreads. The plurality of cut parts can be separated from the steel strand while spreading. Accordingly, the steel strand separated from the anchor body can be drawn and removed from a hole of the excavation wall.
