PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance cap easily installable even in a ladder of two legs by changing a size, and capable of adjusting vertical slide operation in a mm unit, and capable of respectively landing four legs in a well-balanced state even on a low irregular ground surface.SOLUTION: An aluminum step ladder column part of four legs is made in a similar type quadrangular pyramidal slide system as a prototype so as to wrap in an outer diameter quadrangular surface of its column part. In a balance cap for preventing lateral run-out of a step ladder, the length 50 mm is cut from a column right leg tip part of the step ladder, and a base shaft hole of a diameter 10 mm is made in a central position of a 110 mm side surface from the cutting tip, and the balance cap and a column part of the step ladder mutually make slide motion with this base shaft hole as a fulcrum. The balance cap is mainly constituted of a slide case, a saw fixing ratchet tool, a knob bolt and a corotation preventive nut board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】サイズを変更する事により二本脚の梯子にも容易に取付け可能である。また上下スライド操作はｍｍ単位での調整が可能で低い凸凹地面であっても４本の脚がそれぞれバランス良く安定着地することができるバランスキャップの提供。【解決手段】４本脚のアルミニュウム製脚立支柱部を原型とし、その支柱部の外径四角面を包み込む様に類似型四角錐のスライド式に作成した。脚立の横ブレ防止の為のバランスキャップにおいて、脚立の支柱右脚先端部から長さ５０ｍｍを切断し、切断先から１１０ｍｍ側面の中央位置に直径１０ｍｍの基軸孔を作成する、この基軸孔を支点としてバランスキャップと脚立の支柱部が互いにスライド運動する。バランスキャップは、主にスライドケースと鋸固定歯止め具とのぶボルトと供廻り防止ナット盤から構成されている。【選択図】図１３
