PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system, an air conditioning method, and a program that can achieve a comfortable indoor environment with less power consumption.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 1 includes a duct 700, one end of which is installed under a floor G of a building H, and the other end of which is installed in an attic space 303 of the building H, a first louver 310 installed on the ceiling of the building which is opened to the attic space 303 of the building H, a second louver 410 installed on the ceiling 302 which is opened to an attic 403 of the building H, a first fan 500 arranged on the walls of a room 300 on the first floor and a room 400 on the second floor, a first vent layer 200 provided to the wall with the two ends opened, a second vent layer 210 provided in the attic, which is connected to the opening above the first vent layer 200, and a ridge ventilation part 220 provided to the ridge, which is connected to the second vent layer 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
