PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the arrangement of each of sensor units (rubber cones) to be identified even if the sensor units are arranged in any order.SOLUTION: A position estimation device according to the present invention estimates the position of each of a plurality of radio devices that are arranged with some space from each other and perform multi-hop communication with each other. The position estimation device comprises: radio wave reception intensity retention means for retaining radio wave reception intensity between each of the radio devices and peripheral radio devices for each radio device; and arrangement estimation means for estimating arrangement of the radio devices on the basis of plural pieces of assumed arrangement information assuming the arrangement of the radio devices and the radio wave reception intensity of each radio device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
