PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural material panel and a manufacturing method and application of the architectural material panel having an excellent all-light transmission factor and haze, and balanced well between practicability and privacy protection.SOLUTION: An architectural material panel 10 includes a light transmissive substrate 100, and a light diffusion layer 110 located on at least one surface of the light transmissive substrate 100. The light diffusion layer 110 includes an optical material and a plurality of first light diffusion particles. An average diameter of the first light diffusion particles is 6-100 μm. 【課題】本発明は良い全光線透過率およびヘイズを兼備し、実用性とプライバシー保護とのバランスが取れている建材パネル、その製造方法および応用を提供する。【解決手段】建材パネル10は、光透過性基板100と、光透過性基板100の少なくとも1つの表面上に位置する光拡散層110とを含む。光拡散層110は光学材と複数の第1光拡散粒子とを含み、第1光拡散粒子の平均粒子径は6〜100μmであり、光拡散層における10点平均粗さは11〜28μmである。【選択図】図1
