NOZZLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle capable of suppressing or preventing nozzle blocking phenomenon by forming a low melting point substance by virtue of reaction with inclusion in molten steel.SOLUTION: A casting nozzle includes a nozzle body 41 having an inner hole part 42 in which molten steel can be moved and which is formed of a discharge port 45 through which the molten steel can be moved to the outside of the inner hole part 42. Therein, the nozzle body 41 includes an upper body 41a having the inner hole part 42 in which the molten steel can be moved, a lower body 41c which is arranged on a lower part of the upper body 41a and is formed of the discharge port 45 through which the molten steel can be moved to the outside of the inner hole part 42 and an intermediate body 41b which is arranged between the upper body 41a and the lower body 41c and is formed of a channel for communicating the inner hole part 42 and the discharge port 45, and the lower body 41c includes a first refractory composition which includes a principal component comprising perovskite (CaTiO), calcium zirconate (CaZrO), calcium silicate (CaO.SiO, 2CaO.SiO), BOand graphite (C) and a binder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】溶鋼中の介在物と反応して低融点物質を形成することにより、ノズル閉塞現象を抑制又は防止できるノズルの提供。【解決手段】鋳造用ノズルであって、溶鋼が移動可能な内孔部42を有し、溶鋼が内孔部42の外側に移動可能な吐出口45が形成されたノズル胴体41を備え、ノズル胴体41は、溶鋼が移動可能な内孔部42を有する上部胴体41aと、上部胴体41aの下部に配設され、溶鋼が内孔部42の外側に移動可能な吐出口45が形成された下部胴体41cと、上部胴体41aと下部胴体41cとの間に配設され、内孔部42及び吐出口45を連通させる流路が形成された中間胴体41bと、を備え、下部胴体41cは、灰チタン石(CaTiO3)、カルシウムジルコネート(CaZrO3)、カルシウムシリケート(CaO・SiO2、2CaO・SiO2)、B2O3及び黒鉛(C)を含む主成分と、バインダを含む第1の耐火組成物と、を含む鋳造ノズル。【選択図】図3
