COVERING MATERIAL, FENDER WITH IMPACT RECEIVING PLATE USING THE SAME, AND FITTING METHOD OF IMPACT RECEIVING PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering material that prevents loosening of a bolt, a fender with an impact receiving plate using the same, and a fitting method of the impact receiving plate.SOLUTION: A covering material 1 is made from a synthetic resin material, for example, and has a cylindrical form with a central hole 6 formed to be hexagonal in shape when seen from front. The covering material is used by being fitted into a cylindrical recess 77 provided on a front surface of an impact receiving plate installed in front of a fender, and covers a head part 79 of a bolt 78 for fixing the impact receiving plate to the fender with a part of the recess 77 being penetrated. The covering material 1 mainly comprises an outer wall part 2 fitted with an inner wall surface 87 of the recess 77 and being fixed along an entire circumference to the recess 77, and an inner wall part 5 in contact at least with a location other than an apex of an outer peripheral side surface 84 of the head part 79. The configuration suppresses rotation of the bolt, providing a highly stably installed fender with an impact receiving plate that prevents loosening of the bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 ボルトの緩みを防止する被覆材、これを用いた受衝板付防舷材及び受衝板の取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】 被覆材1は、例えば合成樹脂を素材としてなり、正面視六角形状の貫通する中央孔6が形成された円筒形状であり、防舷材前方に備えられた受衝板の前面に設けられ円柱状に窪んだ凹部77に嵌め込むようにして用いられ、受衝板を凹部77の一部を貫通した状態で防舷材に対して固定するボルト78の頭部79を被覆している。又、被覆材1は、凹部77の内壁面87と嵌合すると共に全周にわたって凹部77に固定されている外壁部2と、頭部79の外周側面84のうち少なくとも頂点以外の箇所と当接する内壁部5とから主に構成されている。このように構成すると、ボルトの回動が抑制され、ボルトの緩みが防止された、設置の安定性の高い受衝板付防舷材となる。【選択図】 図2
