To provide a fender device provided with an impact receiving plate capable of improving impact mitigating effect through converting docking energy not only to strain energy but to position energy.SOLUTION: A fender device 1 provided with an impact receiving plate is provided with a fender member 10 installed on a pier A and the impact receiving plate 20 placed on a tip part of the fender member 10, being configured to have a hing mechanism 30 arranged between the tip part of the fender member 10 and the impact receiving plate 20 and provided with a vertical rotational shaft to rotatably support it, wherein the hing mechanism 30 is configured to arrange a rotatable/liftable mechanism 40 mitigating impact by converting a part of docking energy to position energy by lifting the impact receiving plate 20 along with rotating motion of the impact receiving plate 20 through docking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
