PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing member and a finishing structure applicable to roofs with a wide range of pitch and capable of forming a ventilation ridge without a concern over water immersion, especially when applied to a steeply inclined roof.SOLUTION: A finishing material 1 of the present invention is installed over substrate surfaces X, Y where different slopes x, y intersect. The finishing material 1 is formed by rotatably integrating a molded body 2 on a side disposed along the slope x on the side and a molded body 3 on the other side disposed along the other slope y. The molded body 2 on the side and the molded body 3 on the other side respectively have at least top surface parts 21, 31 and connecting parts 231, 331 positioned below the top surface parts 21, 31. The respective connecting parts 231, 331 of the molded bodies 2, 3 are connected rotatably to form a rotary shaft part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
