PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray concrete construction method which can simply form a concrete structure functioning stably and for a long time and having a longer life period.SOLUTION: A spray concrete construction method covers a natural ground of a slope with a concrete structure by a series of steps for stabilization and comprises a primary spray step of spraying discontinuous fiber-mixed concrete on a slope to be hardened so as to form a displacement absorption layer, a displacement absorption step of generating an initial crack due to displacement of a natural ground in the displacement absorption layer, and a secondary spray step of spraying discontinuous fiber-mixed concrete on the surface of the displacement absorption layer to be hardened so as to form a restraining layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期間安定して機能する耐用年数の長いコンクリート構造体を簡易に形成可能なコンクリート吹付工法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のコンクリート吹付工法は、一連の工程によって、斜面の地山をコンクリート構造体で被覆して安定化する工法であって、斜面に短繊維を混合したコンクリートを吹き付けて硬化させ、変位吸収層を形成する一次吹付工程と、変位吸収層に地山の変位に起因する初期ひび割れを生じさせる変位吸収工程と、変位吸収層の表面に短繊維を混合したコンクリートを吹き付けて硬化させ、拘束層を形成する二次吹付工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
