CONNECTION METHOD OF PILE CONSTITUTING MEMBER AND PILE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing cost and a transport cost to a pile constituting member, and to reduce labor required for positioning work in connection time.SOLUTION: In a connection method for mutually overlapping and connecting mutual steel pipes 101 and 101 for constituting a pile body, the connection method of a pile constituting member is provided with a pile constituting member arrangement step of overlapping and installing one steel pipe 101 in an upper end part of the other steel pile 101 installed on the ground, a connection hole forming step of forming a first connection hole 10 and a second connection hole 20 so that both steel pipes 101 and 101 penetrate in the overlapping direction and a connection member fitting step of fitting a wedge member after arranging an engaging member in the formed connection holes 10 and 20, in which the connection hole forming step forms the connection holes 10 and 20 by a drilling tool 51 provided in a press-in machine of installing the one steel pile 101 on the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】杭構成部材に対する加工コストや輸送コストを低減することができるとともに、接続時の位置決め作業にかかる手間を低減することができる。【解決手段】杭体を構成する鋼管101、101同士を、互いに重ねて接続する接続方法であって、地盤に設置された一方の鋼管101の上端部に他方の鋼管101を重ねて設置する杭構成部材配置工程と、重ねた部分に、その重ね方向に両鋼管101、101が貫通するように第一の連結穴10及び第二の連結穴20を形成する連結穴形成工程と、形成した連結穴10、20に係合部材を配置した後に楔部材を嵌合させる連結部材嵌合工程と、を有し、連結穴形成工程は、一方の鋼管101を地上に設置した圧入機に設けられた穿孔具51によって連結穴10、20を形成するようにした杭構成部材の接続方法を提供する。【選択図】図12
