DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PURIFYING GREASE TRAP DRAINAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove unneeded organic substances and oil and fat contents in drainage by taking out an appropriate amount of drainage and throwing in a prescribed amount of coagulant each time, instead of coagulating drainage in a grease trap at once.SOLUTION: An outer circulation route 110 is formed dynamically outside of a grease trap 200, by dynamically arranging a circulation route inflow end 111 below a waterline of a water tank of the grease trap, and using the outer circulation route such that a circulation route discharging end 113 is positioned dynamically above or below the waterline of the water tank. Drainage is pumped using a pump 120. A coagulant control section 130 is connected to a part of the outer circulation route, for supplying chemicals such as a coagulant, an auxiliary agent, and pH regulator suited for coagulation treatment of drainage to be treated that passes through the outer circulation route. A coagulated solid capturing body 150 is fitted on the circulation route discharging end 113, for capturing a solid component coagulated by the coagulation treatment. Drainage drawn outside of the grease trap 200 in an appropriate amount by the dynamically formed outside circulation route 110 is coagulated and purified by the chemicals while being circulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 グリーストラップの排水を一気に凝集させるものではなく、適量を取り出しつつ所定量の凝集剤を逐次投入することにより排水に含まれる不要な有機分や油脂分を取り除く。【解決手段】 循環路流入端１１１をグリーストラップ２００の貯水槽の喫水線の下に動的に配置し、循環路排出端１１３を貯水槽の喫水線の上または下に動的に配置せしめるように外部循環路１１０を用いてグリーストラップの外部に外部循環路を動的に形成する。ポンプ１２０で排水を圧送する。外部循環路の一部には通過する処理対象水に対して凝集処理に適した凝集剤、補助剤、ｐＨ調整剤などの薬剤を供給する凝集制御部１３０が連結されている。循環路排出端１１３には凝集処理により凝集した固形分を捕捉する凝集分補足体１５０を取り付ける。動的に形成した外部循環路１１０でグリーストラップ２００の外部に適量引き出した排水を循環させつつ薬剤で凝集・浄化する。【選択図】 図１
