PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely secure water cut-off property between two frame elements.SOLUTION: A dividing mullion frame 20 has two frame elements 20A, 20B, which are individually molded, and is formed by jointing a water cut-off material 22 mounted on a right mullion frame element 20A and a left mullion frame element 20B with each other so as to be welded under pressure. The water cut-off material 22 has a circular cross section and is disposed on storage parts 20Ah1, 20Aj1 formed on the right mullion frame element 20A. The left mullion frame element 20B has curve concave surfaces 20Bh1, 20Bj1 at sites facing openings of the storage parts 20Ah1, 20Aj1, and is welded under pressure on a peripheral surface of the water cut-off material 22 through the concave surfaces 20Bh1, 20Bj1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
