VIBRATION DAMPING STRUCTURE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure member that works to restore a connection to an original state before deformation, when the connection has been deformed.SOLUTION: A first liquid chamber 116a and a second liquid chamber 116b are not connected. As such, damping force is generated by having a partitioning member 115 made a reciprocating motion (sliding) inside an inner tube 112 when vibration is input by an earthquake, typhoon, etc., compressing a viscous liquid in either the first liquid chamber 116a or the second liquid chamber 116b while expanding the viscous liquid in the other. The configuration not only suppresses vibration of the building, but also cause a connection to restore to an original state before deformation when the connection has been deformed such that a rectangular space surrounded by a top beam, a bottom beam, and a pair of columns is pressed and deformed to a parallelogram. The restoration utilizes volume restoration force (The force to restore to volume before compression or expansion) of the viscous liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】仕口が変形した場合に、仕口を変形前の状態へ復元させるように作用する制振構造部材を提供すること。【解決手段】第1液室116aと第2液室116bとの間が非連通とされるので、地震や台風などの振動入力に伴い、区画部材115をインナーチューブ112内で往復動(摺動)させ、第1液室116a又は第2液室116bの一方における粘性流体を圧縮させると共に他方における粘性流体を膨張させることで、減衰力を発生させ、建築物の振動を抑制できるだけでなく、上梁および下梁と一対の柱とで囲まれた矩形の空間が平行四辺形に潰れるように仕口が変形した場合には、粘性流体の体積回復力(圧縮または膨張される前の体積に戻ろうとする力)を利用して、仕口を変形前の状態へ復元させるように作用することができる。【選択図】図3
