PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating properties of a frame body which covers an indoor side portion of a metal frame with a resin cover, and to suppress dew condensation in the resin cover.SOLUTION: A frame body 4 includes a metal frame 5A arranged in an opening edge portion of a building, and a resin cover 30 arranged in the indoor side of the metal frame 5A and covering an indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5A. The resin cover 30 includes a hollow portion 31 facing the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5, and protruding portions 35-37 protruding from the hollow portion 31 toward the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5 and defining voids 38A and 38B between the hollow portion 31 and the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5. The resin cover 30 is brought into contact with the metal frame 5A only at the protruding portions 35-37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】金属枠の室内側部を樹脂カバーで覆う枠体の断熱性を向上させ、樹脂カバーでの結露の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】枠体４は、建築物の開口縁部に配置される金属枠５Ａと、金属枠５Ａの室内側に配置されて金属枠５Ａの室内側部５Ｄを覆う樹脂カバー３０を備える。樹脂カバー３０は、金属枠５の室内側部５Ｄに対向する中空部３１と、中空部３１から金属枠５の室内側部５Ｄに向かって突出して中空部３１と金属枠５の室内側部５Ｄとの間に空所３８Ａ、３８Ｂを形成する突出部３５〜３７と、を有する。樹脂カバー３０は、突出部３５〜３７のみで金属枠５Ａに接触する。【選択図】 図３
