PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating properties of a frame body which covers an indoor side portion of a metal frame with a resin cover, and to suppress dew condensation in the resin cover.SOLUTION: A frame body 4 includes a metal frame 5A arranged in an opening edge portion of a building, and a resin cover 30 arranged in the indoor side of the metal frame 5A and covering an indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5A. The resin cover 30 includes a hollow portion 31 facing the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5, and protruding portions 35-37 protruding from the hollow portion 31 toward the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5 and defining voids 38A and 38B between the hollow portion 31 and the indoor side portion 5D of the metal frame 5. The resin cover 30 is brought into contact with the metal frame 5A only at the protruding portions 35-37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
