PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing member drive unit for a vehicle which can prevent an erroneous stop caused by an entrainment prevention function.SOLUTION: A power window device 1 comprises a control part 5 which performs opening-time learning control for setting an opening-time threshold by learning a speed at each position of a window pane WG at an opening operation of the window pane WG, performs entrainment determination control for determining whether or not entrainment occurs on the basis of the opening-time threshold which is set before the learning control, and performs entrainment prevention control for stopping the opening operation when determining that the entrainment occurs. In a state that a speed at the opening operation within a range from a full-closed position up to a full-open position is not acquired, the control part 5 invalidates the entrainment prevention control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】巻き込み防止機能による誤停止を防ぐことができる車両用開閉部材駆動装置を提供すること。【解決手段】パワーウィンドウ装置１は、ウィンドウガラスＷＧの開動作時に、該ウィンドウガラスＷＧの位置毎の速度を学習して開時しきい値を設定する開時学習制御と行うとともに、それ以前に設定された前記開時しきい値に基づいて巻き込みが発生したか否かの巻き込み判定制御を行い、巻き込みが発生したと判定すると開動作を停止する巻き込み防止制御を行う制御部５を備える。制御部５は、全閉位置から全開位置までの範囲の開動作時の速度を未取得の状態では巻き込み防止制御を無効化する。【選択図】図１
