DEFORMATION PREVENTIVE METAL FITTING OF CONSTRUCTION HANGER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger of not slipping out of a deck plate even if the hanger installed on the deck plate is rotated, moved in the longitudinal direction or pulled in the lower direction by swinging of an earthquake.SOLUTION: In a rotary movement fall preventive metal fitting installed under a hanger installed on a deck plate, a deformation preventive metal fitting 10 of a construction hanger comprises a central horizontal plate part 17, a rising plate part 18 mutually opposed to its left-right both side parts and a wing part 14 on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the central horizontal plate part 17, and there is a suspension bolt-passing hole 13 in the center of the central horizontal plate part 17, and an interval between four-place rising part angles 11 of an opposed surface of the rising plate part 18 prevents deformation in the lower direction by abutting on the hanger by entering under the hanger in a place of a support part 12 of narrowing an interval of a mutually opposed surface of the rising plate part 18 toward a central part a little of a length surface from the rising part angle 11 by stopping rotation and the movement by sandwiching the hanger in an entering width of a width surface of the hanger, and is fixed to the deck plate by passing a machine screw 16 through a wing part hole 15 on both ends in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキプレートに取り付けたハンガーが地震の揺れで回転、長手方向に移動又は、下方向に引っ張られてもデッキプレートから外れないハンガーを提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレートに取り付けたハンガーの下に取り付ける回転移動落下防止金具であり、中央水平板部17と、その左右両側部に互いに対向した立上板部18と、中央水平板部17の長手方向の両端に羽部14とを備え、中央水平板部17の中央に吊りボルトが通る孔13があり、立上板部18の向かい合う面の4ヵ所の立ち上り部角11の間隔は、ハンガーの幅面が入る幅でハンガーを挟んで回転、移動を止め、立ち上り部角11から長さ面の少し中央部に向かい立上板部18の相対する面の間隔が狭くなった支え部12の所で、ハンガーの下に入りハンガーに当接し、下方向の変形を防止し、長手方向の両端の羽部穴15にビス16を通してデッキプレートに固定する建築用ハンガーの変形防止金具10。【選択図】図1
