HANGER ROPE RUST-PREVENTIVE TREATMENT METHOD
To dispense with removal of a socket of a hanger rope from a main girder, and to perform a rust-prevention treatment of various large bridges by enhancing versatility.SOLUTION: A hanger rope rust-prevention treatment method comprises the steps of: in a state where a socket supports a main girder, grinding a rust prevention treatment object part by using a cutter and tracing the cutter along between a number of strands bundled in a hanger rope and forming a filling gap in a number of places; filling the gap between the socket and the main girder with filler; covering the rust prevention treatment object part from the lower end to a prescribed height using a split mold with multiple inlets formed along the vertical direction; drying the rust prevention treatment object part by passing air heated and dried by a heater through the inside of the split mold; press-fitting a rust-proofing agent into the inside of the split mold in order from the underside at the multiple injection ports; and heating the inside of the split mold so that the rust-proofing agent penetrates into the hanger rope through the filling gap and applying the rust-proofing agent to the surface of the rust prevention treatment object part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ハンガーロープのソケットを主桁から外す必要が無く、より汎用性を高めて様々な長大橋の防錆処理を行う。【解決手段】ソケットが主桁を支持している状態において、カッタを用いて防錆処理対象部を研磨すると共に、ハンガーロープに束ねられた複数のストランドの間に沿ってカッタをなぞり、充填用隙間を複数箇所に形成する工程と、ソケットと主桁との間の隙間に充填材を充填する工程と、上下方向に沿って複数の注入口が形成された分割型を用いて防錆処理対象部の下端から所定高さまでを覆う工程と、分割型の内部にヒータにより加熱・乾燥させた空気を流通させ、防錆処理対象部を乾燥させる工程と、複数の注入口において下側から順次、分割型の内部に防錆剤を圧入する工程と、分割型の内部を加熱して防錆剤を充填用隙間からハンガーロープ内に浸透させると共に防錆処理対象部の表面に防錆剤を塗布する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図２
