HORIZONTAL SHEET PILE ARRANGEMENT SPACE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device used for a horizontal sheet pile method executed on the ground.SOLUTION: Before erecting an H-shaped steel S1 on the ground surface, a first flange SF1 of the H-shaped steel S1 is positioned in a master pile arrangement space G103 of a horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100, and at the same time, the horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100 is arranged in the H-shaped steel S1 so that a horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation part 101 of the horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100 is positioned in a recessed part D1 of the H-shaped steel S1. The horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100 is firmly installed in the H-shaped steel S1 by fitting in a fixing bolt 105. Thus, the horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100 is installable and removable to the H-shaped steel S1 as a master pile, and can be repeatedly used. Since the horizontal sheet pile arrangement space formation device 100 is not permanently installed to the H-shaped steel S1 of becoming the master pile, the H-shaped steel S1 can also be repeatedly used. Thus, execution cost of a horizontal sheet pile method executed on the ground can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】地上において実施される横矢板工法に利用する横矢板配置空間形成装置の提供。【解決手段】Ｈ形鋼Ｓ１を地面に立設する前に、Ｈ形鋼Ｓ１の第１フランジＳＦ１が、横矢板配置空間形成装置１００の親杭配置空間Ｇ１０３に位置し、同時に、横矢板配置空間形成装置１００の横矢板配置空間形成部１０１がＨ形鋼Ｓ１の凹部Ｄ１に位置するように、横矢板配置空間形成装置１００をＨ形鋼Ｓ１に配置する。そして、固定ボルト１０５を締め込んで、横矢板配置空間形成装置１００をＨ形鋼Ｓ１にしっかりと取り付ける。これにより、横矢板配置空間形成装置１００は、親杭となるＨ形鋼Ｓ１に対して取り付け、取り外しとなり、繰り返し利用できる。また、親杭となるＨ形鋼Ｓ１に対して横矢板配置空間形成装置１００を恒久的に取り付けないため、Ｈ形鋼Ｓ１も、繰り返し利用することができる。よって、地上で実施される横矢板工法の実施コストを低減することができる。【選択図】図１
