PREMIXED MORTAR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premixed mortar capable of obtaining high fluidity with the small addition amount of a dispersant free from the generation of dust upon kneading, reduced in influence on coagulation-curing, excellent in strength development, short in a kneading time in a system low in a water-binder ratio and easy in kneading, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A fine aggregate obtained by being dusted with a liquid polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant whose pH is acidity and having a water content of 80% or lower of a water absorption amount is used. The premix mortar may contain non-hydraulic fine powder with the average particle diameter of 2 μm or lower as an optional component. The premix mortar is characterized in such a manner that a liquid polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant whose pH is acidity is dusted into a fine aggregate, further, the water content of the fine aggregate is controlled to 80% or lower of a water absorption amount, and next, the fine aggregate is mixed with cement or non-hydraulic fine powder with the average particle diameter of 2 μm or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】少ない分散剤の添加量で高い流動性が得られ、練り混ぜ時に粉塵の発生がなく、凝結・硬化への影響が小さく強度発現性に優れ、水結合材比の低い系において練り混ぜ時間が短く練り混ぜが容易なプレミックスモルタル及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】pHが酸性である液体のポリカルボン酸系分散剤をまぶしてなる、吸水量の80%以下の含水量である細骨材の使用。プレミックスモルタルは、任意成分として、平均粒径が2μm以下の非水硬性微粉末を含有してもよい。細骨材にpHが酸性である液体のポリカルボン酸系分散剤をまぶすとともに、該細骨材の含水量を吸水量の80%以下とし、次いで前記細骨材にセメント、あるいは、セメントと平均粒径が2μm以下の非水硬性微粉末とを混合したプレミックスモルタル。【選択図】なし
