BASE-ISOLATED FLOOR STRUCTURE AND CUSHIONING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor structure that does not use a mechanical base insulating material and can be easily constructed, is maintained with a gap between a base insulation floor surface and a wall closed in a normal state and in a case of an earthquake, and also has no step at an edge of the base insulation floor.SOLUTION: A base-isolated floor structure comprises a base-insulation slide bearing 4 consisting of a lower slide surface material 4a placed on a floor constitution member 10 of a building and an upper slide surface material 4b capable of moving along an upper surface of the lower slide surface material 4a. A cushioning material 5 placed on an upper surface of an edge part of the lower slide surface material 4a is interposed between an end face of the upper slide surface material 4b and a side face of a wall 1. The cushioning material 5 has a honeycomb structure part 5a where a plurality of holes 7 are arranged vertically. The cushioning material 5 has a side face on an upper slide surface material side fixed to the upper slide surface material 4b and a side face on a wall side fixed to the wall 1. A height of an upper surface of the cushioning material 5 is substantially equal to a height of an upper surface of the upper slide surface material 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】機械的な免震材料を使用せずに比較的安価に、かつ容易に施工することができ、また通常時および地震時において免震床面と壁との間の空隙が塞がれた状態に維持され、免震床面の縁に段差がない免震床構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の床構成部材10の上に載置された下すべり面材4a、およびこの下すべり面材4aの上面に沿ってすべり移動可能な上すべり面材4bからなる免震すべり支承4を備える。上すべり面材4bの端面と壁1の側面との間に、下すべり面材4aの縁部の上面に載せられた緩衝材5が介在する。緩衝材5は、複数の孔7が上下方向に並ぶハニカム構造部5aを有する。緩衝材5は、上すべり面材側の側面が上すべり面材4bに固定され、かつ壁側の側面が壁1に固定される。緩衝材5の上面の高さは、上すべり面材4bの上面の高さと略同じである。【選択図】図6
