SEALING PLUG STRUCTURE FOR STEAM DRAIN HOLE OF STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN WITH SEALED STEAM DRAIN HOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing plug structure for a steam drain hole of a steel pipe concrete column and a construction method for the steel pipe concrete column with the sealed steam drain hole, the sealing plug structure being fitted firmly without compromising a filling property inside the steel pipe concrete column and eliminating a need on removal work for a plug material.SOLUTION: A sealing plug structure is for sealing a steam drain hole 5 of a CFT column 1. A plug material 10A for sealing the steam drain hole 5 includes a shaft part 11a inserted into the steam drain hole 5 and a head part 11b formed on a base end of the shaft part 11a and positioned outside of the CFT column 1. The head part 11b is adhered on a steel material connected on a peripheral surface 2a or on an outer side of the outer peripheral surface 2a of the CFT column 1. Furthermore, the plug material 10A is formed by either a resin, rubber, or a low melting temperature molten metal that melts by heat at a time of fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼管コンクリート柱内のコンクリートの充填性を損なわずに強固に取り付け可能で、栓材の取り外し作業が不要な、鋼管コンクリート柱の蒸気抜き孔の塞栓構造、蒸気抜き孔が塞がれた鋼管コンクリート柱の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】CFT柱1の蒸気抜き孔5を塞ぐ塞栓構造であって、蒸気抜き孔5を塞ぐ栓材10Aは、蒸気抜き孔5内に挿入される軸部11aと、軸部11aの基端に形成され、CFT柱1の外部に位置させる頭部11bとを有し、頭部11bは、CFT柱1の外周面2aまたは外周面2aの外側に接合された鋼材に接着され、かつ栓材10Aは、火災時の熱で溶融する樹脂、ゴム、低融点融解金属の何れか一つで形成されている。【選択図】図2
