CLOSING MATERIAL FOR STEAM VENT HOLE OF STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN
To prevent leakage of concrete from a steam vent hole formed by penetrating inner and outer circumferential surfaces of a steel pipe constituting a steel pipe concrete column after concrete is placed, and to allow passage of steam generated within concrete in the event of a fire, to improve safety against separation due to lateral pressure of concrete.SOLUTION: A closing material 1 comprises: a plug material 2 which is meltable in the event of a fire and which has a main body portion 21 having a cross-sectional area capable of inscribing a steam vent hole 51 and a length exceeding the overall length of the steam vent hole 51 and having a cutout portion 22 formed from an outer peripheral surface side toward the center; and a spring material 3 which has a held portion 31 held by the main body portion 21, an intermediate portion 32 which is continuous with the held portion and positioned at a position corresponding to the cutout portion 22, and a locking portion 33 which is continuous with the held portion and can be locked around the steam vent hole 51 from an inner peripheral surface 5a side toward an outer peripheral surface 5b side of a steel pipe 5. At least one of the intermediate portion 32 and the locking portion 33 can be contracted toward the center side of the main body portion 21 of the plug material 2 when inserted into the steam vent hole 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管コンクリート柱を構成する鋼管の内周面と外周面との間を貫通して形成された蒸気抜き孔からのコンクリート打設後の流出を阻止し、火災時にコンクリート中から発生した場合の蒸気を通過させる機能を持たせ、コンクリートの側圧による離脱に対する安全性を高める。【解決手段】火災時に溶融可能で、蒸気抜き孔51に内接し得る断面積と蒸気抜き孔51の全長を超える長さを持ち、外周面側から中心に向けて切欠き部22が形成された本体部21を持つ栓材2と、本体部21に保持される被保持部31と、これに連続し、切欠き部22に対応した位置に配置される中間部32と、これに連続し、鋼管5の内周面5a側から外周面5b側へ向かって蒸気抜き孔51の周囲に係止可能な係止部33を有するばね材3から閉塞材1を構成し、中間部32と係止部33の少なくともいずれか一方を蒸気抜き孔51内への挿入時に栓材2の本体部21の中心側へ収縮可能にする。【選択図】図1
