LAYERED WOODEN BUILDING USING WOODEN UNIT, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF LAYERED WOODEN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered wooden building using a wooden unit that enhances construction efficiency and thereby reduces a construction cost and curtails a construction period, and furthermore enables a structure of each layer and an interior constitution to be changed to suit a use, thereby enhancing a degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: A layered wooden building using a wooden unit includes: a box-shaped wooden unit 2 constituting an outer shell body enclosing a space by assembling a plurality of wooden pieces of any form into a frame, the wooden unit being layered in a vertical direction Y; and a flexible joint structure 10 for joining the layered wooden units 2 to each other in a way that allows inter-layer displacement, while connecting the wooden units in the vertical direction. The flexible joint structure 10 includes a locking bearing 3 interposed between the wooden units 2, 2 layered vertically, and a mooring rope 4 penetrating from a fifth wooden unit 2E in a lowermost layer to a first wooden unit 2A in an uppermost layer and connecting the first wooden unit 2A in the uppermost layer with a foundation part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工効率を向上させることで、施工にかかるコストや工期を低減することができ、さらに各層の構造及び内部構成を用途に合わせて任意に変更することができ、デザインの自由度を高めることが可能となる。【解決手段】任意な形状に形成された複数の木造ピースを枠状に組み合わせて空間を形成した外殻体を構成するとともに、上下方向Ｙに積層された箱状の木造ユニット２と、積層された木造ユニット２同士を層間変位自在に設けるとともに、上下方向に連結する柔節構造部１０と、を備え、柔節構造部１０は、上下に積層される木造ユニット２、２同士の間に介装されたロッキング支承３と、最下層の第５木造ユニット２Ｅから最上層の第１木造ユニット２Ａを上下方向Ｙに貫通するとともに、基礎部１１と最上層の第１木造ユニット２Ａとを連結した係留索４と、を備えた構成の木造積層建築物を提供する。【選択図】図１
