MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED SOIL CEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fluidized soil cement that suppresses generation of excess water to an extent possible, while securing fluidity by a simple method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of fluidized soil cement includes: a first step in which water is added gradually while agitating local sediment placed in a container, to shift to turbid water from a paste-like state, and water is added further until a material separation state is reached that keeps the materials separated when agitation has stopped, and an added water amount for reaching the material separation state is confirmed immediately thereafter; and a second step in which cement is gradually added while agitating the mixture in the container that has reached the material separation state, until the mixture in the container resumes to the paste-like state that does not let a soil particle and water separate even after agitation has stopped, and confirming an added cement amount immediately after reaching the paste-like state. Cement milk is blended based on the added water amount for reaching the material separation state and the added cement amount, and the blended cement milk is mixed with the local sediment to manufacture the fluidized soil cement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な方法で流動性を確保しつつ極力余剰水の発生を抑えることができる流動化ソイルセメントの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】流動化ソイルセメントの製造方法において、容器に現地土砂を入れて撹拌しながら水を徐々に加えて行き、ペースト状から懸濁水とし、その後、撹拌を止めると材料分離状態となるまで加水して、その直後の分離加水量を確認する分離加水量確認工程と、材料分離状態となった前記容器内の混合物にセメントを撹拌しながら徐々に添加して行き、前記容器の混合物が撹拌を止めても土粒子と水とが分離しないペースト状に戻るまでセメントを添加し、ペースト状となった直後のセメント添加量を確認するセメント添加量確認工程と、を備え、前記分離加水量と、前記セメント添加量と、に基づいてセメントミルクを調合し、調合したセメントミルクに現地土砂を混合して流動化ソイルセメントを製造する。【選択図】図2
