METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLUIDIZED SOIL
To provide a method for manufacturing fluidized soil which manufactures fluidized soil with cement of a unit weight as a reference without measuring a weight of a raw material in a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing fluidized soil determines blending of a manufacturing capacity 50 of fluidized soil 1a which enables manufacture of fluidized soil obtained by blending dry soil, cement and water in a predetermined ratio from raw material soil 10 having a predetermined moisture content with cement 20a of a unit weight as a reference, and a capacity 10a of the raw material soil and a capacity 30a of the water occupied in the manufacturing capacity 50 of the fluidized soil 1a, calculates a capacity 15a of the dry soil and a capacity 33a of the contained water occupied in the capacity 10a of the raw material soil, determines a capacity 35a of additional water from the capacity 30a of the water and the capacity 33a of the contained water, charges the cement 20a of the unit weight, and the determined capacity 10a of the raw material soil and capacity 35a of the additional water into a soil loosening tank 55, and mixing and agitating 59 the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流動化処理土を、単位重量のセメントを基準として、製造過程において、原料の重量を計量することなく製造する流動化処理土の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】乾燥土とセメントと水を所定の割合で配合してなる流動化処理土を、単位重量のセメント20aを基準として、所定の含水率の原料土10から製造可能な流動化処理土1aの製造容量50と、流動化処理土1aの製造容量50に占める原料土の容量10a及び水の容量30aの配合を決定し、原料土の容量10aに占める乾燥土の容量15a及び含有水の容量33aを算出するとともに、水の容量30aと含有水の容量33aから追加水の容量35aを決定し、解泥槽55に単位重量のセメント20aと、決定した原料土の容量10a及び追加水の容量35aを投入して混合撹拌59する流動化処理土の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図2
