PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower bracing device for an overhung door that simplifies a structure of a guide pin having a magnet disposed at a tip part, and thus reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A lower bracing device for an overhung door includes: a floor surface installation member 3 having a guide pin 2 housed in a case installed on a floor surface, the guide pin having a magnet 25 disposed on a tip part and being housed to protrude upward; and a guide groove member installed on an overhung door body provided with the magnet 25 or a magnetic body to which the guide pin 2 is attracted and having the guide pin 2 attracted by the magnet or the magnetic body inserted into the overhung door body. The guide pin 2 provided with the magnet 25 is constituted by a molded product made of a non-magnetic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】先端部に磁石を配設するようにしたガイドピンの構造を簡易化して、その製造コストを低廉にできる吊り戸の下部振止装置を提供する。【解決手段】床面に設置されるケースに、先端部に磁石２５を配設したガイドピン２を上方に突出可能に収納した床面設置部材３と、ガイドピン２が吸引される磁石２５又は磁性体を配設し、該磁石又は磁性体により吸引したガイドピン２が挿入される吊り戸本体に設置される案内溝部材とを備えるようにした吊り戸の下部振止装置において、磁石２５を配設するガイドピン２を非磁性体材料からなる成形品で構成するようにした。【選択図】図５
