SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR OVERHUNG DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for an overhung door that enables an overhung door to be installed readily, by being hung from a hanging pulley and fitted into a hanging shaft having a large-diameter part at a bottom edge, even when the overhung door is deviated dimensionally a bit in vertical and horizontal directions from a hanging position on an opening.SOLUTION: A supporting device for an overhung door includes: a hanging pulley 10 moving along a rail; a hanging shaft 14 hung from the hanging pulley 10; a holding part 15 fitted on a top part of an overhung door D and having a recess 16 for housing the hanging shaft 14; a lock member 17 and a first elastic body 18 housed in a lock member housing space 16a of the recess 16; and a pair of catchers 19 and a second elastic body 20 housed in a catcher housing space 16e above the lock member housing space 16a. The lock member 17 has an inclined surface part 17a and a large-diameter part housing hole part 17c, and houses the large-diameter part 14b in the large-diameter part housing hole part 17c, brings a stepped surface 14c in contact with a throttle part 16b and locks the large-diameter part 14b. The pair of catchers 19 may sandwich a small-diameter part 14a and accommodates the large-diameter part 14b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】吊り戸を開口部の吊り位置に対し上下左右方向に若干寸法ずれていても吊車から垂下され下端に大径部を有する吊軸に吊り込んだ状態に容易に取り付けることができる吊り戸の支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】レールに沿って移動する吊車１０と、吊車１０から垂下され吊軸１４と、吊り戸Ｄの上部に取り付けられ、吊軸１４を収容する凹部１６を有する保持部１５と、凹部１６のロック部材収容空間１６ａに収容されたロック部材１７と第１の弾性体１８、およびロック部材収容空間１６ａの上側のキャッチャー収容空間１６ｅに収容された一対のキャッチャー１９と第２の弾性体２０と、を備え、ロック部材１７は、傾斜面部１７ａと大径部収容穴部１７ｃと、を有し、大径部収容穴部１７ｃに大径部１４ｂを収容し段差面１４ｃを絞り部１６ｂに当接し大径部１４ｂをロックし、一対のキャッチャー１９は、小径部１４ａを挟持し得るとともに大径部１４ｂを受け入れる。【選択図】図４
