PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric opening/closing body drive unit which can perform a change to a reverse rotation direction associated with a rotation direction of an output shaft of a motor of the electric opening/closing body drive unit with respect to an open switch and a close switch by one operation by either of the open switch and the close switch.SOLUTION: An electric opening/closing body drive unit comprises an update/maintenance part 37 which changes an open direction rotation command to a reverse rotation direction which is reverse to an open direction default rotation direction, or changes a close direction rotation command to a reverse rotation direction which is reverse to a close direction default rotation direction when a rotation direction of an output shaft 24a of a motor 24 derived by a rotation direction derivation part 35 and the open direction default rotation direction differ from each other when an open command is inputted, or when the rotation direction of the output shaft 24a of the motor 24 derived by the rotation direction derivation part 35 and the close direction default rotation direction differ from each other when a close command is inputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】開スイッチと閉スイッチとに対する電動開閉体タ駆動装置のモータの出力軸の回転方向との関連付けの逆回転方向への変更が、開スイッチと閉スイッチとのうちの一方のスイッチによる一回の操作にて行うことができる電動開閉体駆動装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】開指令を入力した際に、回転方向導出部３５によって導出されたモータ２４の出力軸２４ａの回転方向と、開方向デフォルト回転方向と、が相違する場合、または、閉指令を入力した際に、回転方向導出部３５によって導出されたモータ２４の出力軸２４ａの回転方向と、閉方向デフォルト回転方向と、相違する場合には、開方向回転指令を開方向デフォルト回転方向と逆回転方向に、または閉方向回転指令を閉方向デフォルト回転方向と逆回転方向に変更する更新・維持部３７を備える。【選択図】図２
