PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction material for guardrail foundation and an interblock gap covering material that facilitate construction of a guardrail without a recess and a space on the top face so that a pedestrian and others can pass the neighborhood of a guardrail construction part safely.SOLUTION: A construction material 50 for guardrail foundation comprises a concrete block 10 and an interblock gap covering material 1 arranged on the top face between the blocks 10. The block 10 is provided with a columnar part 13 with an insertion hole 14 for a column for guardrail, and a top plate part 12 installed on both sides of the columnar part. The gap covering material 1 is provided with a flat plate part 2 for covering the top face of a gap 20 between side parts of the block 10, a tip side bent part 3 bent downward from the tip of the flat plate part 2 and for covering the apical surface of the gap 20, and a base end side bent part 5 bent downward from the base end of the flat plate part 2 and extending.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上面に凹部および隙間がなく、ガードレール施工部付近を歩行者等が安全に通行できるガードレールの施工が容易であるガードレール基礎用構築材およびブロック間空隙被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】ガードレール基礎用構築材５０は、コンクリートブロック１０と、ブロック１０間の上面に配置されるブロック間空隙被覆材１を備える。ブロック１０は、ガードレール用支柱挿入孔１４を有する柱状部１３と、その両側部に設けられた上板部１２を有する。空隙被覆材１は、ブロック１０の側部間空隙２０の上面を被包するための平板部２と、平板部２の先端より下方に屈曲し、空隙２０の先端面を被包する先端側屈曲部３と、平板部２の基端より下方に屈曲して延びる基端側屈曲部５を備えている。【選択図】 図１
