DRAIN HOPPER
PURPOSE: To provide a drain hopper which can be efficiently disposed to a floor slab, and in which the height of a hopper part and a connection pipe part can be adjusted with respect to the floor slab.CONSTITUTION: A drain hopper comprises a funnel-shaped hopper part for collecting drain water, and a pipe part which is provided integrally in a communicating state at a lower part of the hopper part and to which a drain pipe is connected at a lower end, the drain hopper being installed and fixed to a floor slab form before concrete placing, and embedded in a floor slab. The pipe part has a diameter corresponding to the drain pipe to be connected, and comprises a pipe material having a length set according to a design thickness of the floor slab at a construction place. In the hopper part, bolt members are mounted in a suspended state and in a height-adjustable manner at least at two places on the outside. At a lower end of the bolt member, a fixing foot part is mounted which can be fixed to an upper surface of the floor slab form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】床スラブへの効率的な配設が可能であり、しかも床スラブに対するホッパー部及び連結管部の高さ調整が可能である排水ホッパーを提供する。【構成】排水を集水する漏斗状のホッパー部と、該ホッパー部の下部に連通状態で一体的に設けられると共に、下端に排水管が接続される管部と、を有して成り、コンクリート打設前の床スラブ型枠に設置固定され、床スラブに埋設される排水ホッパーにおいて、前記管部が、接続される排水管に対応する径を有すると共に、施工箇所の床スラブの設計厚みに応じて設定される長さを有する管材から成る構成であり、前記ホッパー部が、その外側の少なくとも２箇所にボルト部材が高さ調整可能に垂設状態で取り付けられた構成であり、前記ボルト部材の下端には、床スラブ型枠の上面に固定可能な固定足部が取り付けられた構成である。【選択図】 図１
