SURFACE PREPARATION DEVICE OF TEMPORARY FRAME ASSEMBLING SCAFFOLD BOARD IN CONSTRUCTION WORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a surface preparation device of a scaffold board which is simple and low in a price by not installing the other complicated constitution, in the surface preparation device having means for surface-preparing only a surface side of the scaffold board.SOLUTION: In a surface preparation device (1) of a temporary frame assembling scaffold board in construction work which sequentially transports the scaffold boards (X) by a feed mechanism (Y), a liftable surface preparation machine (20) is arranged in the middle of the feed mechanism, approach sensors (30) for detecting a hook part (Xa) of the transported scaffold board (X) are arranged at an upper part and a lower part of the feed mechanism (Y), the scaffold board (X) is fed while being offset downwardly, a surface side of the scaffold board (X) is surface-prepared when ascended by hoisting the surface preparation machine (20) in an up-and-down direction in the middle, and the hook part (Xa) of the scaffold board (X) is made to pass when descended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】この発明は、足場板の表面側だけをケレンする手段を有するケレン装置であって、他の複雑な構成を設けないことによりシンプルで安価なコストの足場板のケレン装置を開発・提供する事にある【解決手段】足場板(X)を、送り機構(Y)で順次搬送するケレン装置(1)において、該送り機構の中途に、昇降可能なケレン機(20)を設け、且つ、搬送される足場板(X)のフック部(Xa)を検知する近接センサー(30)を送り機構(Y)の上、下に設け、前記足場板(X)を下向きにセットして送り、中途で該ケレン機(20)を上・下方向に昇降させて上昇時に、足場板(X)の表面側をケレンし、下降時に、足場板(X)のフック部(Xa)を通過させるよう構成したことを特徴とする建築工事における仮設枠組用の足場板のケレン装置から構成されるものである。【選択図】 図2
