PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protruding frame for a temporary scaffold which reliably supports the temporary scaffold so as not to overturn due to earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: A protruding frame 10 includes a plurality of square pillars 1 and a plurality of steel earth retaining members 2. The square pillar 1 is installed in a section of a base isolation slab Sv and is disposed in a state of extending in the vertical direction toward the bottom surface of a first protrusion Wh arranged opposite to the base isolation slab Sv. The steel earth retaining member 2 fixes one flange 20f to the top of the square pillar 1, contacts the other flange 21f with the bottom surface of the lowermost first protrusion Wh, and extends outward along the bottom surface of the first protrusion Wh from an exterior wall We, and is disposed in a horizontal direction. The steel earth retaining member 2 has a protrusion portion 21 beyond the end portion of the first protrusion Wh.
