METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING SILO HOPPER PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a silo hopper part that enables early construction.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of constructing a silo hopper part comprising a hopper skeleton 2 formed across a payoff space 3, a housing 6 for a payoff device formed above the payout space 3; and a beam 5 laid horizontally on the hopper skeleton 2, the method comprising: a partition wall forming process of forming a partition wall 9 of the hopper skeleton 2 by combining a plurality of precast wall members 90; a side wall part forming process of forming a side wall part 81 of the hopper skeleton 2; a first inclined wall part forming process of forming a lower inclined wall part 72 of the hopper skeleton 2 on the side wall part 81; a beam upper mounting process of mounting beam steel on the partition wall 9; a housing forming process of laying the housing 6; a second inclined wall part forming process of forming an upper inclined wall part 72 of the hopper skeleton 2 on a lower inclined wall part 71, and also forming a beam 5 by casing concrete to a periphery of the beam steel 51; and a top part forming process of forming a top part 73 of the hopper skeleton 2 on the upper inclined wall part 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】早期施工が可能なサイロホッパ部の構築方法を提案する。【解決手段】払出空間3を挟むように形成されたホッパ躯体2と、払出空間3の上方に形成された払出装置用のハウジング6と、ホッパ躯体2に横架された梁5とを備えるサイロホッパ部の構築方法であって、複数のプレキャスト製の壁部材90を組み合わせることによりホッパ躯体2の仕切壁9を形成する仕切壁形成工程と、ホッパ躯体2の側壁部81を形成する側壁部形成工程と、側壁部81の上にホッパ躯体2の下斜め壁部72を形成する第一斜め壁部形成工程と、梁鉄骨を仕切壁9に上載する梁上載工程と、ハウジング6を架設するハウジング形成工程と、下斜め壁部71の上にホッパ躯体2の上斜め壁部72を形成するとともに、梁鉄骨51の周囲にコンクリートを打設して梁5を形成する第二斜め壁部形成工程と、上斜め壁部72の上にホッパ躯体2の頂部73を形成する頂部形成工程とを備えている。【選択図】図4
