The present invention relates to a silo including a hopper manufactured with precast segments and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the soil can comprise: an outer wall installed to have an inner space to accommodate contents therein; and a hopper portion formed in the outer wall and having a hopper in the form of a wide upper end and a narrow lower end viewed from a side surface. Accordingly, the precast segments can be previously or simultaneously manufactured regardless of construction processes of the outer wall to significantly reduce a construction period. Moreover, processes such as rebar reinforcement work, mold installation and dismantling work, and concrete pouring work in a field, which require a lot of labor force, according to a conventional method for manufacturing a hopper can be removed. Therefore, work environment can be increased, a negligent accident can be prevented, and a construction period can be reduced.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 세그먼트로 제작된 호퍼를 포함하는 사일로 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 내용물을 수용하도록 내부 공간을 갖도록 설치된 외벽;과 외벽의 내부에 측면상 상단이 넓고 하단이 좁은 형상의 호퍼를 구비한 호퍼부;를 포함할 수 있다. 이로 인해 외벽의 시공과 별도로 공정과 무관하게 사전 또는 동시에 제작하여 공사기간을 획기적 단축하고, 호퍼를 제작하기 위해 종래의 공법으로 인한 현장에서의 철근배근작업, 거푸집 설치 및 해체작업, 콘크리트 타설작업 등과 같은 인력이 많이 투입되는 공정을 생략함으로써, 작업환경 향상 및 안전사고를 예방과 더불어 공사기간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 가져올 수 있다.
