PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure of an apartment house, which can be applied to an upper surface of a floor slab and has predetermined soundproofing performance.SOLUTION: A soundproof structure S of an apartment house is provided, comprising: a first structure 10 that is constituted of a first floor 11, a first wall 12 and a first ceiling 13; and a vacuum soundproof layer 50 that is applied to almost the whole surfaces of the first floor 11, the first wall 12 and the first ceiling 13 of the first structure 10, the vacuum soundproof layer 50 containing a vacuum ceramic grain 500. It is preferable that the vacuum ceramic grain 500 is produced by a mechanofusion method in view of strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床スラブの上面に塗布することが可能であり所定の防音性能を備える、集合住宅の防音構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅の防音構造Ｓである。集合住宅の防音構造Ｓは、第１の床１１と、第１の壁１２と、第１の天井１３と、から構成される第１の構造１０と；第１の構造１０の第１の床１１と第１の壁１２と第１の天井１３の略全面に塗布される真空防音層５０であって、真空セラミックス粒子５００を含有する真空防音層５０と；を備える。この真空セラミックス粒子５００は、強度の点を考慮すると、メカノフュージョン法によって製造されることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
