The present invention relates to a window device for improving insulation and soundproof functions of an apartment house. More specifically, the present invention is used as a vertical and maximally blocks a noise introduced to an indoor space in accordance with an external noise degree to provide comfortable residential life to a user, and a window structure forming a window is improved to improve insulation performance through improvement of a heat keeping function to reduce heating costs and cooling costs.
본 발명은 공동주택의 단열과 방음 기능을 향상시킨 창호장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 버티칼 기능을 겸하면서 외부 소음 정도에 따라 실내로 유입되는 소음을 최대한 차단하여 쾌적한 주거생활이 가능하도록 함은 물론 창호를 구성하는 창짝 구조도 개량하여 보열 기능 증대에 따른 단열성능 향상을 통해 난방비는 물론 냉방비 절감에 기여할 수 있는 신 창짝 개념을 갖춘 공동주택의 단열과 방음 기능을 향상시킨 창호장치에 관한 것이다.
