PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drying of a top surface of a foundation and an undersurface of a groundsill, while keeping an underfloor space air-tight.SOLUTION: A foundation packing 10 includes a pair of foundation body parts 12a, 12b extending in a longer-side direction A, and a plurality of connection parts 13 that connects the pair of foundation body parts 12a, 12b to each other while separating the same in a width direction B. A plurality of ventilation parts 12a3 that penetrates in the width direction B is formed on the foundation body part 12a of the pair of foundation body parts 12a, 12b. A blocking wall 12b3 for blocking ventilation in the width direction B is formed continuously over an entire length in the longer-side direction A of the other foundation body part 12b of the pair of foundation body parts 12a, 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】床下空間の気密を図りつつ、基礎の上面及び土台の下面の乾燥を行うことを可能にする。【解決手段】基礎パッキン１０は、長辺方向Ａに延在する一対の基体部１２ａ，１２ｂと、一対の基体部１２ａ，１２ｂを幅方向Ｂに離隔させて接続する複数の接続部１３とを含む。一対の基体部１２ａ，１２ｂのうちの一方の基体部１２ａには、幅方向Ｂに貫通する複数の通気部１２ａ３が形成されている。一対の基体部１２ａ，１２ｂのうちの他方の基体部１２ｂには、幅方向Ｂへの通気を遮断する遮断壁１２ｂ３が長辺方向Ａの全長に亘って連続的に形成されている。【選択図】図２
