PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attaching of a functional member having a desired function, while keeping ventilation performance in a foundation packing.SOLUTION: A foundation packing 3 includes a packing body 31 in which multiple vent holes 32 penetrating in a width direction B are formed over the whole length of a longitudinal direction A, and a projection 35 projecting upward from an upper face 31a of the packing body 31 at an outdoor side end of the packing body 31. At the projection 35, a first attaching part 36 and a second attaching part 37 are formed for attaching a support member 8 and a draining member 9 as functional members for constituting a building 100 disposed on the outdoor side of a sill 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基礎パッキンにおける通気性能を維持しつつ、所望機能を有する機能部材を取り付けることを可能にする。【解決手段】基礎パッキン３は、幅方向Ｂに貫通する通気孔３２が長手方向Ａの全長に亘って複数形成されたパッキン本体３１と、パッキン本体３１の屋外側端部において、パッキン本体３１の上面３１ａから上方に突出する突出部３５とを含む。突出部３５には、土台２の屋外側に配置される建物１００を構成するための機能部材としての支持部材８及び水切り部材９を取り付けるための第１取付部３６及び第２取付部３７が形成されている。【選択図】図１
