METHOD FOR PRODUCING SILICON NITRIDE SINTERED SUBSTRATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing silicon nitride sintered substrate having a small content of iron impurities.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a silicon nitride sintered substrate, which comprises: a mixing step of mixing a silicon nitride powder, a sintering aid powder, a dispersant and a solvent to obtain a slurry; an iron removal step of immersing at least a part of a magnet or at least a part of a ferromagnetic body magnetically connected to the magnet in the slurry, followed by stirring the slurry to adhere iron impurities contained in the slurry to the magnet or the ferromagnetic body; a formation step of forming a green sheet from the slurry passed through the iron removal step; and a sintering step of sintering the green sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄不純物の含有量が少ない窒化ケイ素焼結基板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】窒化ケイ素焼結基板の製造方法は、窒化ケイ素粉末、焼結助剤粉末、分散剤および溶媒を混合し、スラリーを得る混合工程と、スラリーに磁石の少なくとも一部、または、磁石と磁気的に結合した強磁性体の少なくとも一部を浸漬し、スラリーを撹拌することにより、スラリーに含まれる鉄不純物を磁石または強磁性体に付着させる除鉄工程と、除鉄工程を経たスラリーからグリーンシートを形成する成形工程と、グリーンシートを焼結させる焼結工程とを包含する。【選択図】図１
