DRY JOINT STRUCTURE OF EXTERIOR WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry joint structure of an exterior wall that offers fire resistance and water-tightness with a small number of components and a small number of installation work steps, at the same time enabling the installation work to be performed from an indoor side and therefore eliminating a scaffolding.SOLUTION: A dry joint structure is for a joint 3 between adjacent exterior wall materials 2, 2, the joint 3 enabling a joint material 4 to be inserted from an indoor side of the exterior wall material 2. The joint material 4 is a long thermal-expansion fire-resistant material having water-tightness and elasticity, and is interposed in the joint 3 by being pressed against inner surfaces 3a, 3a on both sides. The exterior material 2 is, for example, an exterior wall panel having a metallic plate 5 that forms an outer shell of the exterior wall material 2. A metallic plate part 5a of the metallic plate 5 includes a metallic plate part 5c inside the joint that bends and extends into the joint 3. The joint material 4 is interposed by being pressed against the metallic plate parts 5c, 5c inside the joint on both sides, at least partially in a joint depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少ない部材点数で耐火性および水密性が得られて、施工の工程が少なくて済み、かつ屋内側から施工できて無足場化が可能な外壁の乾式目地構造を提供する。【解決手段】隣合う外壁材2,2間の目地3における乾式目地構造であって、前記目地3が、前記外壁材2の屋内側から目地材4を挿入可能な形状である。前記目地材4は、水密性および弾力性を有する長尺形状の熱膨張性耐火材からなり、前記目地3内の両側の内面3a,3aに押しつけ状態で介在している。外壁材2が、例えば、この外壁材2の外殻となる金属板5を有する外壁パネルである。前記金属板5の屋外金属板部5aは、目地3内に折れ曲がって延びる目地内金属板部5cを有する。前記目地材4は、目地深さ方向の少なくとも一部において、両側の目地内金属板部5c,5cに押しつけ状態で介在する。【選択図】図1
