PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mechanized welding from the first layer of welding under the condition that the building jig and an erection piece are attached in welding of a rectangular steel pipe for the building.SOLUTION: The welding method of a building rectangular steel pipe in which initial welding is performed by using a welding robot for each of the adjacent building jigs at the construction site, and after the initial welding is completed, the building jig is removed, the remaining welding is performed, and after the welding is completed, the erection piece is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建築用角形鋼管の溶接において、建て入れ冶具やエレクションピースが付いた状況下で、溶接の初層から機械化溶接を実現する。【解決手段】建設現場において、隣接する建て入れ冶具間毎に溶接ロボットを用いて初期溶接を行い、初期溶接終了後に、建て入れ冶具を撤去して、残りの溶接を行い、溶接終了後にエレクションピースを除去する建築用角形鋼管柱の溶接方法。【選択図】図２
