PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of display device in which: in a building having an outer wall provided with a window portion in which an outer wall panel body faces the living space and a spandrel portion in which the outer wall panel body faces the frame structure, a display device for performing display toward the outdoor side of the outer wall is disposed on the indoor side of the outer wall panel body in a state of good workability of replacement and maintenance without deteriorating the visibility of the window portion from the indoor side and lighting of the window portion.SOLUTION: A space portion between an outer wall panel body 4 of a spandrel portion 1B and a frame structure 5 is defined as a display device arrangement portion 22. In the display device arrangement portion 22, a display device 21 capable of ascending and descending between the display device arrangement portion 22 and the living space is disposed and a balancer device 40 for canceling the load of the display device 21 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外壁パネル体が居住空間に対向する窓部と、外壁パネル体が躯体構造物に対向するスパンドレル部とを設けた外壁を備えた建物において、外壁の屋外側に向けて表示を行う表示装置を、外壁パネル体の屋内側において、窓部の採光や屋内側からの視認性を損なうことなく、しかも交換やメンテナンスの作業性の良い状態で配設する。【解決手段】スパンドレル部１Ｂの外壁パネル体４と躯体構造物５との間の空間部を表示装置配設部２２とし、該表示装置配設部２２に、表示装置配設部２２と居住空間との間を昇降自在な表示装置２１を配設するとともに、表示装置２１の荷重を相殺するバランサー装置４０を設けた。【選択図】図２
