PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a display device indicating a display toward an outdoor side of an outer wall at an indoor side of an outer wall panel body in a favorable state of exchange and the workability of maintenance without impairing the natural illumination of a window part and visibility from the outdoor side, in a building having the outer wall having the window part in which the outer panel body opposes a dwelling space and a spandrel part in which the outer wall panel body opposes a skeleton structure.SOLUTION: A space part between an outer panel body 4 of a spandrel part 1B and a skeleton structure 5 is set as a display device arrangement part 14, a display device 17 is arranged at the display device arrangement part 14 so as to be freely inserted therein and removed therefrom, and an opening 26 for inserting and removing the display device 13 in/from the dwelling space side is formed at least either of left and right sides of the display device arrangement part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】外壁パネル体が居住空間に対向する窓部と、外壁パネル体が躯体構造物に対向するスパンドレル部とを設けた外壁を備えた建物において、外壁の屋外側に向けて表示を行う表示装置を、外壁パネル体の屋内側において、窓部の採光や屋内側からの視認性を損なうことなく、しかも交換やメンテナンスの作業性の良い状態で配設する。【解決手段】スパンドレル部１Ｂの外壁パネル体４と躯体構造物５との間の空間部を表示装置配設部１４とし、該表示装置配設部１４に表示装置１７を出し入れ自在に配設するとともに、表示装置配設部１４の左右少なくとも一方の側方に、表示装置１３を居住空間側から出し入れするための開口２６を設けた。【選択図】図６
